Submit the Chart
Log in, enter the patient, pick the service — ICD-10 coding, 485 drafting, or both — and attach the paperwork. It takes about two minutes.

We Get to Work
Your chart goes straight to a coder. Coding is returned within 2 business days; a full coding-plus-485 bundle within 5. Cases inside the Medicare 20-day window are flagged urgent and move to the front of the queue.

If We Need Something, You’ll Know
If a chart is missing a document or has a diagnosis that won’t bill, we place a hold and tell you exactly what we need. You answer in the portal — attach the file, reply to the question — and work resumes. Every hold shows how long it has been waiting on your side, so nothing slips.
